I’ve been looking into learning 3D modeling for a while and lucked into finding a really great tutor called Milton. It’s really interesting stuff but WOW, I was not prepared for how steep the learning curve would be. I always thought that if you had the artistic skills, it wouldn’t be that hard to pick up the tech, but it turns out, there’s a lot more to it.
I finished my first model, it’s a picnic table. I know it’s really basic, but I have to admit, I’m pretty pleased about how it turned out. I mean, it actually looks like the thing it’s supposed to be!
